So son is 7 mos now. Ayoyo... It's been a while since the last story mory about him kan. The last episode was when he was 5 mos! Ape ni Mama oi??? Agak agak ah busy ngn bisnes pung!
So here's a quick story bout him k.
We celebrated his 6 mos in KK. Went there with Hubby, Umi, Adek kudek and of course sonshine to visit Abah and to visit KK. It was son's first flight experience. Wuhuu!
Guess what? Not a single cry was given during take off and landing time back and fro. Bravo Son! Well, maybe he was as excited like we were yelah ni first time nk naik flight kan,jgn bikin mak pak malu ok!
We stayed at Abah's place for 5 days and we really had a really great time visiting KK (mostly) and few other places. Being a good boy which he is, going to places is not a big deal for him. Since he was still exclusively breastfed, bila naik kereta je trus nenen. Pegi jalan, rilex je tgk sana sini, tak buat perangai pun. Thumbs up!
We went to KK during Pesta Keamatan so got the chance to know bout Sabah's culture in a glance at one specific place, KDMC. Semua ada kat situ but tell you, it was like a really different experience for us The Semenanjung people sebab org minum arak di merata-rata tempat. Dah mcm kat overseas plak. Can't blame them, it's their culture there. ;)
Eh,cerita pasal Sabah pulak. Ok, back to Son.
When we got back from KK, son was 6 mos and 1 wk, so it was a bit late for him to start solid food. Being the excited parents, we bought new pan just for him, a steamer, a new set of cutlery (tak nak campur dgn kite punye) and etc. His first meal was brown rice + carrot. hihihi. He ate a lot! Nenda came to our house and of course la Nenda dia yg suapkan kan. Ok,trus upload gambo kat fb! Hahaha...
He is not a picky eater, he eats a lot and loves all foodies yg kt suapkan. So far, nestum tak pernah masuk dlm perut dia lagi and hopefully I can religiously prepare homemade food for Son. Dah join forum ttg solid food and learnt a lot! Giving instant meal like nestum la ape la yg dlm tin or kotak2 tu ibarat bg megi kat baby tau. Yeah, mmg dorg akan list mcm2 vitamin la itu la ini la, it's their job to advertise kan, but homemade food is wayyyyyyyy better to gv to babies. Dari segi kebersihan, freshness + prepared with love lagi. Hmmm... Lagipun, it is very easy to prepare food for babies. You can make frozen food for them which can last for one month, or you just prepare some amount, keep it refrigerated and can last for a week. I choose the second method. Buat sket2,dpt la tahan for a week. So far, Nu'man dah makan brown rice, carrot, apple, banana, broccoli, dates and potato. He loves them all!
Umi ajar mesti nk campur dgn beras perang sket nk bg dia lebih kenyang. Yeah.. skrg kat tgn tu mcm nak naik dh ketul2 sket. ( ke mama yg perasan je) hehe
Ape2 pun, misi penyusuan masih diteruskan. Now he is a fully breastfeed baby. ↖(^▽^)↗
What's the diff between exclusively bf and fully bf?
Let me tell ya k.
Exclusively bf means, from 0 - 6 mos, u only feed your baby with breastmilk, and not a single drop of plain water is given ya. Makan makan sume takde. Hanya susu ibu semata-mata. Yeah, Nu'man was once an exclusively bf baby. yey!
And fully bf means, your baby has started eating solif food plus u still feed him with breastmilk. So, now Nu'man is a fully bf baby. Insyaallah,until 2 years. I really hope I can bf him until he is 2 yrs old. Amin amin.... Tapi mmg kena sabar la kan..
Skrg kan duduk rumah so mmg sepanjang masa direct feed je, daa lama tak pam susu. Then last week, we got a chance to open a booth and had to leave son for Umi to babysit trus the night before to tabah mengepam susu. hoho! dpt la 2 botol je,itu pun sikit. risau jgk la takut dia lapar kan. Sebelum hntr tu trus bg susu kenyang2, sediakan bekal makanan byk2, buai semualah.. Then tinggal kat umi, dia bantai tido 2 jam lebih, bgn je umi bg susu sebotol,sambung tido, bgn, bg makan pulak. main2 then bg susu sebotol. By the time we got back from our business, dia baru lah lapar. Trus df taknak lepas! hoho.. rindu sgt kat mama dia kot. And it was the longest 7 hours that we've been apart.huhu... tgk je anak org lain trus rindu membuak2 kat dia. Yelah, mana pernah berjauhan kan.
Bab tumbesaran pulak, sgt baguusss.. Alhamdulillah, he is a very active boy. Lasak sgt. Tak kira bila2 masa, di mana jua. Nak main kasar2 je. Skrg dh pndai engsot ke dpn,blkg, nak ada ura2 nk duduk. Main benda smpai muncung mulut, dah pndai pindah2 brg ke dua2 tgn. Kuat bebel, suke tgk video cartoon animal song tu, tak bleh tgk Mama jauh sket trus merengek. Kuat nyusu mcm biasa, notty! Skrg dah ada strangers anxiety. Kalau org tak knal tu dia akan scannnn lama2 then barulah nak main. Suka sgt mai air kalau boleh nk mandi lama2. Semakin berat,tp nak org dukung tp nak lompat. Ayoyo.. Katang dah tgn mamapapa nih.
Alhamdulillah, he is a healthy and happy boy. ♥
